Flipping the Switch | Garage Conversion WEST END

SCOPE OF WORK | A newly built home had the garage removed to make way for a new large bedroom (which could work as a second living space), a private office, and keep the existing laundry creating a large utility space. Overall the home went from a 3 bedroom/double garage house, to what could be called a 5 bedroom with large utility space home.
